Regeneration Mat
For a good and restful sleep in bed 19 x 50 cm
These mats were developed to support the regeneration of our body cells during sleep. As people spend about a third of their lives in bed. Due to the location fidelity (approx. 2m²) and the duration of the stay (6-8 hours) in a Room.
It is important to note: That our mats create a radiation-free space, but only because we use the rays to guide the minerals and negative ions (anions) to the body. So that the body regenerates better.
But caution is also required here. 1. Because humans have been exposed to earth radiation since birth and are not used to sleeping in a radiation-free environment.
2. Because our body regenerates when we sleep and certain processes take place in the process, it is possible that we will not get a good night’s sleep for the first 7 days.
The same ritual is repeated night after night: at first, it becomes increasingly difficult to keep your eyes open. Eventually, the need for sleep becomes so overwhelming that you give in to it. Sleep is essential for the body. It helps us to relax and recharge our batteries for the new day. In ancient times, sleep was known as death’s little brother because it was assumed that bodily functions were largely switched off during sleep.
In fact, the heart rate and pulse rate drop to 50 beats per minute at 3 a.m. and the body temperature drops measurably. Much earlier, around 9 p.m., the production of stomach acid decreases and almost completely stops around midnight. However, while people rest externally, the organism does not sleep at night, but gathers new strength.
The hormonal system is very active at night. Towards evening, the pineal gland begins to release large amounts of the hormone melatonin, which slows down the metabolism. This is also related to the fact that a lower conductivity of the skin surface is measured in sleepers because the skin resistance has increased. During deep sleep, large amounts of growth hormones are released, which fulfil the task of supporting physical regeneration in adults. They accelerate the speed at which the cells of the top layer of skin begin to divide every evening. As a result, the dead horny cells of the skin are shed and the skin literally renews itself while we sleep.
Thanks to various scientific studies, we know that some organs are even at their peak at night. The liver, for example, reaches its peak performance at around 2 am. It metabolises the nutrients from the day’s meals and breaks down more alcohol in the blood. The immune system does not rest while you sleep either. The macrophages of the body’s defence system are particularly vigilant during sleep. Research has shown that there is a close correlation between sleep and the immune system. It’s not for nothing that you are overcome by leaden tiredness when your health is in poor shape – sleep is the best medicine.
People who are prevented from falling asleep by being woken up repeatedly soon become irritable and find it difficult to concentrate. They then have great difficulty coping with mental and physical tasks. Restful sleep is therefore of great importance for overall physical and mental well-being. And if you have problems falling asleep or staying asleep for a long time, this seriously jeopardises your health. In addition to physical causes such as severe pain, such problems are very often psychological. In 70 % of cases, stress or depression prevent healthy sleep. Night work, increased consumption of caffeine or alcohol and the use of sleeping pills also reduce the restorative value of sleep.
